1.Depression can be described as feeling sad, blue, unhappy, miserable, or down in the dumps. Most of us feel this way at one time or another for a short period of time
2. There are many causes of depression. They are drinking alchohol, certain medical conditions like cancer or long term pain, or possily sleeping problems.
3. Even stressful life events can play a role in deprresion like: Breaking up with a boyfriend or girlfriend, failing a class.

4. The exact cause of depression is not known. Many researchers believe that it is caused by chemical changes in the brain. This may be due to a problem in your genes, or triggered by certain stressful events. More likely, its a combination of both

5. Some types of depression run in families, but can also occur if you have no history of depression.

6. Research in the U.S and other countries estimates that between 30-50% have met current psychiatric diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder sometime in their lives.

All of the other omegas like omega-6 doesnt really matter as much as omega-3 does.22.
